RESCIND 1984+ MAL-LEGISLATIONS CRIMINALISING FREE SPEECH

Since 1984(sic) 1986, 1992, 1998: PACE, (Dis)Order ACT(s) 1st & 2nd, Crime & Disorder.... the U.k. (Cultic Establishment) has introduced deluges of mal-legislations to rob (by huge fines £1,000+) and criminalise the innocent English public even toddlers, only 5 y.o. convicting them of 'racism' , 'hatred', even of disorderly conduct when standing quiet and still.
