America Cant be Great Without The Great Lakes

The problem at hand is Mr. Trumps fascist approach at the funding for the great lakes clean up programs. How cruel do you have to be to cut funding to programs that preserve the most important sources of fresh water in The United States, especially all the funding. My goal is to find a middle ground so that Mr. Trump can still help his spending plan and help the central region of the United States and all Michiganders. Anyone visiting or that is living in Michigan like me would hope that our new president actually means when he says that he cares about the people. Water is the most important thing for life, so how does this make sense? This is endangering the public's health.
