Police officer should be fired and jailed

The officer shot this baby bear 4 times
For no reason. The poor bear suffered excruciating pain. My heart breaks for this little cub. Makes me wonder how this cop treats humans. This must stop right Now.
They have no right to kill these innocent animals. I DO HOPE there are laws in place to protect the animals in the wild.
