Driving under the influence of marijuana is a prevalent issue in Markham, Ontario. Young drivers, who have recently received their drivers license can fall under the impression that driving under the influence is permitable, and will have no consequences. There are also a vast amount of cases about driving under the influence since marjiuana was legalized, and we would like to petition to have more serious consequences for novice drivers who are apprehended and found driving under the influence of marijuana.
