People of Norton against Katie's Way Duplex development

We all enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife behind Dean St. in its current state. We fear these duplexes will lessen the home values and potentially attract people in a different place in their life with differing values than the family neighborhood environment. We do not want people living right behind us changing the wooded environment directly behind and next to these homes. We also fear this close proximity may have a negative effect to our septic systems and the natural flow of water away from our homes. Most importantly though this is Norton we enjoy the peace and wildlife we are accustomed to in this town.
