Courts don't want to hear about neglect and abuse to an animal.

The court refuses to hear a case where a woman neglected, abused and starved her dog, so much so the dog was at death's door. Until the woman's mother and step father got the dog, took her to the vet and had the necessary medical care that cost over $2300.00 at one shot.  A couple of people have been trying to get the court to hear this case and the court just keeps kicking it out.
