Demand Michigan Reinstate Goodtime for Prisoners and give them HOPE!!!!

Inmates in Michigan prisons need something to strive for and to give them hope! with the absence of good time and the truth in sentencing laws this takes away that hope and the incentive to rehabilitate to achieve early release! governor rick Snyder has the influence and capability to reinstate or create such policies with in the state and the MDOC. I implore those of you and even those of you that would see inmates lose hope to give PEOPLE, who have made mistakes, the chance to chance themselves for the better with hope for the future. I am starting this petition because my brother was just sentenced to a term of no less than 15 years which I feel was extremely over stated and he has no chance for early release due to the truth in sentencing laws enacted by granholm before she left office. I believe not only my brother but all inmates need the chance and hope for early release and the reason to rehabilitate and strive to be a model inmate which would also cure overcrowding in Michigan prisons. GIVE THEM HOPE AND A REASON TO REFORM!!
