Stop Colonial Corporate Bully

I've been involved in a property development agreement.
Because of the history of Apartheid and Colonialism ; which excluded us; the black majority from economic opportunities ; i.e wealth share and skills transfer
We adopted broad based black economic empowerment in 1994.
I was however set-up to fail . Garden Cities ,established 1895 in Letchworth in England claim they respect our laws and subscribes to economic transformation. It however seems to be lipservice.
I've appealed to the chairperson of the board,since 10th December 2019,but no response
.The CEO refuse to give me the contact details of chairperson of the board and/or board members. The office in Letchworth in Britain,didn't respond to my appeal.
Theyve been exploiting our natural resources in Cape Town since 1829; South Africa ,at our expanse.
Lot of indigenous community members and leaders believe,we've been robbed of our property.
