Abuse if Special education students in colleges

Online campuses have the ADA that is not modified towards online courses. ADA for in person courses is not acceptable for online type of courses . Special Education students pay money and fail . Or in my case abused and discriminated because I decided yo fight back for-my rights . ICR is involved but i want it to be changed not only for myself but for students after me
