Take pets from horrible pet owners

Tired of calling 911, OPERATION UNDERDOG, ASPCA & the HUMANE SOCIETY FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING! Why do they exist if they don't help?!🤬let's be their voices and help them escape owners that dont, won't and can't take care of them! They should have rights to be protected & should be able to be removed from their horrible owners!
