Demand Democrat CEO Eric Smidt of Harbor Freight stop employee abuses within his own company!

Eric Smidt is a multibillionaire owner of Harbor Freight Tools. His employees are paid cruelly low wages and employees who use the company provided health insurance are targeted for termination by Human Resources. Smidt allows a culture of abuse and harassment by managers who are given wide latitude to harass employees with disabilities.The company forces employees to do whatever is necessary to achieve goals of signing customers up for direct marketing and allegedly sells customer info to data superwarehouses.Employees who do not meet goals, like its banking partner Wells Fargo(known for employee fraud due to pressure from above), are penalized in performance reviews and harassed by superiors until " the numbers" are being met.
