LET'S Keep Alicia !

We believe as a manager and leader you should be dedicated to your job and employees. We believe Alicia is dedicated, hard working ,respectful, and caring. She has worked hard since her first day being put in the Leader's position! No one deserves that spot more than she does. I've never seen someone not get properly trained and come in and dominate their position! She has pushed us to Be Better, Do Better and Work Better ! She has impacted us in ways we didn't even notice she has always pushed us to be better and do better than what we feel we can do. I believe Alicia should stay in her seat and the names below also agree !
