Conestoga Reserve Trail

When Conestoga Reserve Development was proposed to Lancaster township, a crushed rock walking trail with entrance/exits from each cul-de-sac was proposed by the developer, JPM Keller, and accepted by the township board.

Many, most homeowners did not want the trail at all and have been willing to accept the trail as long as there are no entrance and exit points within our development for non community members to use. Township has expressed interest in adjusting the accepted plan for the trail, but there are no guarantees. JPM Keller has asked homeowners to vote for or against the trail so they can propose a new plan to township.
