Germany, please stop demanding taxes from dog owners!!!

In Germany dog owners still have to pay taxes for their dogs, but that´s from a very old law from the beginning of the 20th centuary, when dogs were still "luxuary"!!! Nowadays every dog owner has to take small bags for the excrements with him/her to remove all dog poops from meadows etc., so the old argument from the 70´s and 80´s, that dogs impure the green doesn´t count anymore, too.... Please stop demanding taxes from dog owners, dogs aren´t luxuary anymore at all, they´re family members nowadays!!!
