No More Drug War Deportations
The war on drugs is destroying families and preying on America's most vulnerable communities. Every year, 40,000 people are deported for drug law violations – mostly for minor offenses, such as possession of marijuana or another drug.
Mass criminalization and deportation are incredibly harsh penalties for very minor drug offenses. Thousands of families and communities are being torn apart. All in the name of fighting the failed drug war.
It's time to demand humane reform. The Drug Policy Alliance is working to end the drug war and to stop people from being swept into the criminal justice system or deported for using or possessing a drug.
Take action today to help end drug war deportations and advocate for drug policies grounded in science, compassion, health and human rights.
