I am a very concerned investor of the events that have taken place regarding Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. According to the months of due diligence I have spent proving myself the legitimacy of this company, I believe Mr. William P. Hicks has made very outrageous claims in a complaint that was filed on October 24th 2006. He put into question the existence of ownership of two bonds that Conversion Solutions has claimed to own. My question and concern goes as follows: If Rufus Paul Harris has submitted to the Georgia Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority, actual signed and sealed contracts that state these bonds are owned by Conversion Solutions, how can a stock be suspended on such an argument?
It is to my understanding that Mr. Hicks has not done any due diligence on the validity of the bonds beyond going to Bloomberg.com and not being satisfied with the information that was there. As a shareholder who is 100% confident of Conversion Solutions, I am truly upset that my investment is now suspended because Mr. Hicks could not have done the necessary research to verify the truth behind these bonds. The question is “why?”
Why is this happening, and will anything be done to protect the interests of Mr. Harris and his shareholders? I trust that you can take consideration into what I have presented before you, and help get to the bottom of what is going on.
