Stop Verizon Wireless from cutting unlimited Internet from Grandfathered users and charging $30.00 u

I am a loyal customer to Verizon Wireless and have been their customer for many years. I recently had an upgrade and wanted to upgrade my phone. Because I upgraded my phone they told me I would lose my unlimited data plan and had to pay a $30.00 upgrade fee. Whats disgusting Verizon states your satisfaction is guaranteed, you can try any phone for 14 days and if you dont like it you can return it, but they never mentioned a $30.00 restocking fee. 
If anyone who recently upgraded their phone and lost their unlimited data or does not agree with   these stupid fees that Verizon charges please sign the petition. One last thing Verizon states if we pay full retail price for the phone then we can have unlimited internet.
