Change PA Tint Law to 35%

This Petition is to Change the current rules that Local Pennsylvania Police have been enforcing on its residents in regards to Automotive Tint. The law says that an officer must be able to SEE THROUGH, but PennDot and the Police feel that 70% is as dark as a window should be.
��� Please sign the Petition to show your support for a law that
clearly states that passenger vehicles can have windows that have a 35% light
transmission.� This law would be in tune with
those created in Maryland
and other surrounding states.�
��� Currently Pennsylvania is one of
the top 5, strictest states when it comes to tinting regulations.� Please help and change the current unjust
standard, and allow Pennsylvania passenger vehicles the ability to enjoy the benefits
of tinted windows, just as over 40+ other states have done already.�
