Demand a Change In laws for the digital era; Don't allow you, your child or a loved one become a victim of an online meme!

I am concerned that in this digital era we will have no privacy or rights. When someone like a pedophile (or anyone) directly takes a picture of you , a child or a loved one and turns it into an online video, meme with harassing, gross, and, bulling words; that it in some ways is exploitation, harassment, bulling , act of hate ( depending on words used) and, so much more! I am not talking about a random person in the back ground type of thing either. I would like to see prior authorization like schools have to have when anyone post a picture to a social media platform.
