We the People of the United States, unite and declare peace in between one another of all ethnicities, ages, races, genders, religions, political affiliations, and creeds. We stand together to preserve, protect, and defend the American People and the United States Constitution.

We are diverse, but that is a strength. We work to de-escalate our conflicts, communicate, and partner with one another. We work with respect and a resilient commitment to live at peace and in integrity with one another as fellow justice seeking Americans.

We commit to an end to racism and violence amongst us. We stand within our natural and legal right to self defense, but we cease in those unlawful actions which will harm or damage the person or property of our fellows, the American People.

We the People of the United States, identify ourselves to be approximately 90%-97% of all of the people living as United States citizens, including indigenous and legally permitted immigrants, within the territory of these 50 United States of America and abroad, and we define ourselves now in this declaration as One People, namely the American People.

We exclude, however, from ourselves as the American People, through this declaration, the 3-10% of economic elite who through organized private and governmentally enabled and exploitative power are proving themselves to be disloyal to the U.S. Constitution and our democracy along with their enabling politicians.

We the People of the United States, stand now together in self defense of our country, the United States of America. We are revolutionaries to the present state of bipartisan corrupted government in the United States today.

We the People of the United States, assert there to be conspirators working against the American People in the federal government in Washington DC, in this election year in 2020, as well as in some of the 50 states in treasonous violation of their oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution and the American People.

We assert that within the White House and Congress, including members of the Senate & House of Representatives, in both the GOP and DNC, at that there are traitors to the U.S. Constitution and American People. We see them as working through deceptive, covert, and also obvious efforts to incite, divide, impoverish, immobilize, exploit, and steal from us and our country.

We see them as working to corrupt our elections and government so as to steal billions of dollars from us for the profits of military contractors, pharmaceutical companies, and the medical insurance industry as well as other corporations along with the executives that run them.

We witness those who have even stooped so low as to receive huge government welfare stimulus subsidies during the Covid-19 pandemic. All of this, while millions amongst us, the American People have been left unemployed, impoverished, and without proper education, housing, or health care.

We the People of the United States, further identify ourselves inclusively, as tax paying citizens, workers, public servants, business owners, and professionals, as well as ethical others who remain dutiful and faithful in their oath to serve, protect, support, and defend the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the American People.

We include with us also those who work to expose, arrest, indict, prosecute, and convict political and economic criminals to be found guilty of conspiracy, sabotage, theft, and all other forms of capital crime against our country and our people.

We include with us, also, with critical discrimination those loyal military officers, police officers, and even members of Congress who honor their sworn oath to support and defend the United States Constitution and the American People from all enemies foreign and domestic.

We the People of the United States, call upon honorable members in all three of the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of our government. We call all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

We call upon the highest ranking Generals in the United States military to uphold their oath to the United States Constitution above their oath to the President of the United States if that President's orders and actions prove him to be an enemy of the American People acting in criminal violation of the United States Constitution.

We stand with outrage, resolve, and determination to exorcize our Nation's demons, bring criminals and traitors to justice, protect our democracy, and steadily drive any and all tyrants out.

We see our economically corrupt and disloyal bipartisan oppressors through their continued efforts to divide and exploit us, the American People, but we will no longer be divided nor exploited. We unite now to bring forth a revolution of American governmental transparency, legislative reform, and political justice.

In unity, freedom, and justice for all in honor of our sacred oath to our families and our country.
