We need to stop the Bridge Street Community Center before it costs us tax payers more money than it will be used.

The shovel hasn't even hit the ground and it has been said that the original abatement costs will far exceed what was presented to the town. Mold was found on the floor joists as of late and the town as ordered a full structural analysis, which costs approx $25,000. The library in town far exceeded the original proposal and that building isn't nearly as old and was actively used before renovation and look at what that is costing us. Don't let this happen again!!
