Demand the creation of an Animal Offenders Registry and lifetime bans!

Given the recent horrors of animal cruelty and abuse cases in Australia, we demand the creation of an Animal Offenders Registry and lifetime bans on serious offenders to protect Australia's animals and keep them safe. We deserve the right to know that serious offender are NEVER able to acquire more victims, and if they try they are clearly visible in a comprehensive Registry! Protect the voiceless! Lets stop the cycle of abuse in Australia!
