Foster Parent Bill of rights in New york City

We need your help today to protect the rights of foster parents and youths.Currently their are alot of injustices that are going on with foster parents and their foster care agency that they are with.Their rights are being violated and they have no voice in their agency. We really need everyone to get involved with this cause.Thier are a few states that have this bill of rights that protect the foster parent and the youth.
