End the bad treatment of old people in old peoples homes mental institutions and so called memory homes for people with Alzeimers

I lost my sister in a so called memory home because she suffered with Alzeimers she lived in Virginia and was in a so called "memory" home she was put into to get 24/7 medical and personal needs care she had only been in the home three weeks and died of dehydration she should have had much better care as medical staff are trained to watch for that sort of thing I don't believe she got proper care
