Demand an end to TI Communities new mandatory rental payment “option” causing majority to accumulate late fees every month!!!

TI Communities have now taken away the option of paying your rent in person at the rental office. We are now forced to either pay through Money Gram, or online through resident portal. But the portal online often has a lot of glitches during the payment process which has caused several residents to be locked out of that option for a total of 12months! So if any resident is not able to utilize those options then the only option for them is to mail in your payment from the state of Maryland all the way to Irving, TX which literally takes 13days to be delivered! In turn each day it is not delivered to Irving, TX by the 5th of each month each tenant will be charged late fees! A lot of us unfortunately live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford these late fees. TI Communities only gave their tenants a 26 day notice of these mandatory changes when this is something that tenants need at least a 60-90 notice for so that we can try to get ahead on our rent to be sure it gets delivered on time without any late fees!
