Animal cruelty and neglect on Sandy by her previous owner and that this person be investigated to the fullest for having caused Sandy's declining medical health and condition which could lead possibly to Sandy's death.
Pets & Animals in Distress and some of our members have contacted Mr. Allan Siegel at Broward Animal Control in Fort Lauderdale, Florida by phone at (954) 359-1010 and e-mail at asiegel@broward.org to make a full report of this incident of Sandy's cruelty and neglect by her previous owner and that this person be investigated to the fullest for having caused Sandy's declining medical health and condition which could lead possibly to Sandy's death.
We ask that you sign this petition to be a voice for Sandy and request that Broward Animal Control Animal Cruelty Division fully investigate the cruelty and neglect that were brought upon Sandy by her previous owner.
