I, Danielle Foster, am asking to appeal the recent decision that was made to disqualify me from receiving unemployment benefits. I am a single parent and am under an enormous amount of stress. I was treated unfairly at my previous employment and deserve to be heard and deserve to receive my unemployment benefits. I was unsure of the process worked with the Telephone hearing. I was verbally informed that I would receive a call. I waited. By the time a called, no one was on the line. I immediately informed all parties. I was dealing with my 9 year old autistic child and all the stressors that accompany this situation. I am very responsible. I am wring to Appeal the decision that was made, rendered and signed on December 27,2012.
