Enforce Stricter Codes on Puppy MillsThe State of Missouri is known as one of the top states dealing in Puppy Mills.  The citizens all over the USA are outraged to see the lack of enforcement to protect our canines.  These dogs are kept in inhumane conditions and the Department of Agriculture is responsible for Inspecting and Enforcing the laws of humanity. I appeal to you to take a look at the photos in the information URL and request stricter  Codes and Enforcement so OUR State can protect our dogs and be taken out of the TOP FIVE  list of Puppy Millers.  This is a blight on the State of Missouri.  This is hideous to allow this to continue.  Thank you for your concern.
