My goal in this case is simple. By signing this petition we are simply asking that TMZ take down the picture of Taylor Swift being groped. This material if sensative and has already been asked to not be made public. I'm asking for respect. I'm asking for human empathy for someone who does not want materials of this case plastered on every media outlet. Lastly I am asking that you will not keep this photo on your website simply because you earn money form every time someone goes to see the picture. Thank you.

With all due respect, I want to ask that you please take down the image of Taylor Swift being groped. I want to ask this because as a victim of sexual assault, I can personally say that if there was an image of my assault, I would be mortified to have it on media outlets. Images such as these are only shared with courts to have "evidence" (because someone simply admitting that they have been sexually assaulted are not enough apparetnly) and not to be put out to the world of Entertainment. I hope you will serious consider this. If people cannot have empathy because her name is Taylor Swift, then think about your mother, you sister your niece, or aunt, your best friend. Put yourself in Taylor's shoes. Put yourself in her parent's shoes. Whatever it takes to see the sensativity of this case and have respect for the privacy of a young woman. Please do not keep this picture of just because you make money off the article. Please.
