2. Bankers must meet professional standards and comply with a code of conduct
3. Bankers must be punished for mis-selling and bad practice.

In December, a panel set up by the government will make recommendations on how to fix banking culture. Sign our pledge to show the government you've had enough of the banks' bad behaviour.
