We are demanding the permanent termination from the existing position of Montpelier City cheif of police.

We feel that his personal goals aren’t in the best interest for Montpelier city or the people of the city. The abuse of his authority has been a huge distraction for the safety and the positive growth of our small town. His continued actions show nothing but intentional abuse of the law he was sworn to uphold. Corruption, dishonesty, and abuse of given authority is not what anybody in this town wants. lets stop this now before it gets out of hand and get a honest non bias uncorrupted chief back in this town. there are numerous facts stating these accusations, but chief Roper has a dishonest way of making these facts disappear. ~ For example " mistakenly" throwing official documents in the garbage.~ Threatening people with jail if they dont say the answer he wants to here. Intimidating isn’t it?
