I am writing you today to express disappointment concerning your recent remarks on the Employee Free Choice Act during an Oct. 17 conference call.
Executives have no right to harass, coerce or intimidate and even fire workers when they try to exercise their legal rights to form unions.

Without hardworking, dedicated employees, Home Depot would not be the household name that it is. These families deserve real change, not empty words from America's business leaders.
