Demanding answers for 200 jobs PROMISED Sept.11 2015 for Union City Tenn promised by Institutional casework Inc,ICI.

Institution Casework Inc had a job fair promising corporate jobs coming and later started using temp services to place employment.As an employee,I see 30 or so employees including management and no growth in the future with micro management.
I am petitioning our city and state government to investigate ICI and find out why hundreds of people in the city and from commuting cities and towns attended a job fair for jobs at ICI just to have to go through a Temp services for hire.WHERE IS THE CITY AND STATE FUNDING TO REDUCE A 9.6% UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN OBION COUNTY.PEOPLE WANT AND NEED TO KNOW WHY THERE ARE ONLY 30 PLUS PEOPLE AND OUR TURNOVER RATE COMES FROM TEMP SERVICES.I WANT THE CITY AND STATE GOVERNMENT TO FIND THE ANSWERS THAT I SEE AS AN EMPLOYEE OF ICI...
