We the homeowners of Island Walk at Meadow Woods do hereby present this petition in order to:
- Establish an Audit committee in order to ensure good corporate governance. The committee shall consist of three members to be elected at a meeting. It is noted that the committee will report directly to the members.
- Add 14 New members to the board of directors in order to Assist with the responsibilities and the administration of the Homeowners Association. These new members shall be:
Vice President
Second Treasurer
Second Secretary
Chamber Person to preside over meetings
10 alternates
We, the Homeowners of Island Walk would like to see some changes in the way the Board makes decisions concerning our money, community and property. We want to take a proactive role in the decisions that affect us daily. We want to know, in advance, how our money is going to be spent. We want representation, not dictation, about the issues that concern each and every one of us.
These issues can be addressed in two ways. 1. By increasing the number of board members from 3 to 172. By establishing and Audit Committe in order to oversee the operations of the Board
