Is the child that has been or is in department of social services care? Are they really looking out for the child or children%u2019s best interest? Well think about the parents and how some of them are treated you have fathers right now in the USA. That pay child support that are being told they have no rights to their child or children. They are just biological fathers they are not allowed to have concerns or worries of the Childs well being or even how they are being brought up. Well here is a example of my own expericance, I have a 6 yr old step daughter the her father pays child support but was told more then one time he has no rights to his own daughter. She has been placed in DSS care for neglect from her mother and then she was placed back in foster care several months later with a little sister willing by her mother finding were neglect and physical and sexual abuse to the girls. We jumped thought every hoped that DSS wanted us to jump though to get her out of foster care where her and her sister had been for a year. Spite the worries and concerns that her father expressed to DSS about her going back with her mother they gave both the girls back to their mother in dec.08 where her sisters abusive father and a newborn baby brother was at well her father called DSS to express yet again of the abusive father to the other 2 siblings was staying back at the home he was told that the case was closed and that he had no rights and that if he called back again he would be brought up on legal charges. From all of the neglect and abuse and now the tragedy of losing a baby brother and being kept away from her father because of her mother. Is it fair for her to go back to her mother where all of the harm and neglect started or should she have the right to start a fresh life with her father, brother, and sister without all of the worries where she can be loved like she should be.
