Addicts/addictions is a Disease

Drug Dealers are addicted to money, Drug users are addicted to anything they get their hands on and will do anything for it. I am tired of seeing families broke apart. I am tired of seeing addicts do anything to get it. i am tired of all drug dealers being treated like a murder. Not all drug dealers are murders. I am tired of everyone working and paying taxes to rerun, repeat, and rewind. All they need is some kind of good treatment with a help of a family members. They should be on house arrest for at least 1 yr, and 2 yrs out patient counceling. They do not belong in jail. If they can not refrain from their friends then they should go to prison for 8 months hard time. This is breaking families apart, Please let's work together on this and show the dealers and users there are people that care. Even a dealer  could go to a miltary training facilities. But my goodness some of these people are doing things cause they have lowself esteem, to cover hurt, and pain and block out memories. Please at least try this in a orderly manner.
