Allow single mom's to stay home w/ their child if they are applying for cash  assistance and have a child at home that is not talking age yet and can't tell you if the child care provider/babysitter is treating them badly such as verbally, physically. The mother has to have had a job in the past for than a year and if the mother has other children that are talking age and can go to babysitter/child care provider's then this excludes the mother and she has to participate in the Michigan Works program if she is applying for cash assistance.
