Apologise Irish Examiner to all parents of Autistic children for publishing Core connections

This article laid slanderous blame at the feet of parents who have a child with autism for causing their childs autism because they are cold and unfeeling.The article uses research that is out of date by 50 years .It has caused great hurt and anguish to parents of children with autism. The Irish examiner states it supports the right to freedom of speech.But most of our kids dont have that speech because many have significant language delay or are non verbal . The Irish Society of Psychologists have in fact condemed this article .Dr humpreys does not support his theories at all and infact misquoted several authors and twisted their words to make his so called point. He even has made catergory mistakes re autism which are basic .This is also the man who has blamed parents for causing their Chidl to have asthma because they are cold and unfeeling.
so please support those who are vunerable and dont have a voice in signing this.We cannot allow such a slur on many who dedicate their lives to their children
