For OCS and Foster care not to harass the caregivers

I have been having to deal with OCS and Foster Care to be the caregiver of my own grandson.  These people are very lacking in their jobs, they make appointments and do not make them.  They treat the caregivers as if we are the ones abusing or neglecting the children we take care of.  This is why Foster Care does not have more participants because they are treated so rudely and their daily lives or schedule is no concern to OCS or the Foster Care Workers.  Having the caregiver rights of my grandson has totally disrupted my life, I have to stop my life to do as OCS and Foster Care wants me to do.  This is not right, if they would appreciate and treate the care givers more accordingly, there would be more foster parents out there.
