Assistant Soccer Coach replacement

Due to recent experiences that most of our parents and players have had with Mr. Pinheiro in the classroom setting, we are petitioning for a "lack of confidence" in Mr. Pinheiro as an Assistant Coach for the School Soccer program.  Many of the behaviors that Mr. Pinhiero displayed and demonstrated in the educational environment are not complimentary to a school sports program and the students and parents alike are not confident that a good sportsmanship environment would be transferred to the field of play under his tudor.  Mr. Pinhiero has demonstrated a lack of fairness and honesty in dealing with students within his charge.  This is a matter of record.  The students felt that he held grudges and retaliated within his apparent authority as a teacher, leaving the students with no avenue or vent to alliveate the situation.  The students and parents are concerned this program will not foster good sportsmanship under Mr. Pinhiero's coaching.  The parents and players do not want to miss the golden opportunity for a possible follow-on career in soccer or higher education scholarship options.  This program is for the students, and any question of whether or not this is in the best interest of the school or the students growth, must be considered and honored.
