Baby P. Re-Trial for *, *, Jason Owen

The murderers of Baby Peter should be re-tried for "Murder".  Unable to determine which person dealt the actual blow, should not mean any of them are acquitted of "Murder" or "Manslaughter".  Trials in the past, where more than one person was involved in a killing, have found ALL concerned, guilty of murder.  This case should not be any different.  Baby Peter's human rights should not be let down.  He suffered enough...we cannot let the above named humiliate him any more.
