Better hauling handicaped Citizens

Family vans are not designed to haul 10 handicapped adults.  The springs are not strong enough and at times, seatbelts can be hard to get to.  Stuff like that can be quite dangerous in a crash.  It is more safer to haul the handicapped on a big bus rather than a van.

We find that the vans that are being used are not designed to haul handicapped adults.  It would be more safer if they are hauled on a big bus where you already have the proper springs and more room if there is a crash.
