BioWare: Fix 'Dragon Age: Awakenings' and Save Import Issues Within Other Games

We would like BioWare to fix their games as we're currently not getting what we've paid for: a finished product.
We the undersigned wish to request that BioWare seriously consider fixing the issues remaining with 'Dragon Age: Awakening' since the last update/patch and also the save import issues relating to their games.
We feel that we have not been left with our money's worth concerning previous titles and are disappointed with current issues with save import files. This feature was implemented to allow the player to carry on a plot of the game's universe/characters' lives and yet we have been left to ignore certain mistakes or to go back and change the way we have played simply so that there is continuity.
We understand that there are difficulties involved in mending mistakes and coding in video games and respect the fact that BioWare tries its hardest to hear their customers views on their website. We therefore ask that if it is not possible to make the needed alterations that we are given the ability to alter the save import files ourselves on XBOX, PLAYSTATION3, and other platforms, not simply for PC users.
