CANADIAN COMMUNITY ACCESS PROGRAM

TELL the Canadian Government to restore and increase the Community Access Program funding and services. Canada was the leader in the CAP. Other countries are now using the Canadian model which is being funded by the Canadian Government , while the Canadian CAP system is being allowed to fade away. The Community Access Program gives all Canadians free access to the internet. The CAP should be improved and expanded to give better service to all Canadians.
