Cheese Enzyme Disclosure

Cheese makers are not obligated to disclose the origins on their cheese making enzyme in the ingredients list. Veal (cow calf), piglet and kid (baby goat) stomachs might be an ingredient in your favorite cheese. It's in Kraft mararoni and cheese. It's usually in romano and provoline cheese.Processed cheesed food slices too. Many others.

Stand up and demand to know if dead baby animals are a component of the cheese you're eating.
