City of Raymore Smoking Ban

To stop the smoking of any substance within the confines of a Public eating establishment.  If there is a designated smoking in the establishment, it shall be totally enclosed and the air will be pushed to the outside of the establishment and not mixed with the air within the smoke free designated area.  This ban may extend to the Public Drinking establishments as well. A compromise may be worked out where there is a designated smoking area OUTSIDE the establishment or in a outdoor dining area. 

It is the Governments responsibility to ensure the safety, health and public welfare of those who they are ultimately responsible for, the Citizens of Raymore.
