Class 3 Weapons for Ohio Citizens

It is the natural born right of every US citizen to bear arms, but through the clever manipulation of legal definitions ( firearms) the Federal Government has weakened our ability to protect ourselves from threats both Foreign and Domestic.

This Petition declares that residents within the Republic of Ohio may legally posses all arms and Firearms (including class3 NFA Firearms) legally, without the need for registering their weapons.
