Clean up Oakland Ave

We the Homeowners of Seven Pines Subdivision have come together in the hopes to evict Missy Howell and Kerry Detlinger. These renters have constantly allowed there animals to rome the neighborhood unleased stopping to use the bathroom on other neighboring lawns, chasing and even biting neighborhood children. When any of the neighbors have asked the 3 dogs and 2 cats be kept on there property Missy and Kerry become enraged and begin verbally assualting the homeowner confronting them. These two adults have held parties on several occassions promoting underage drinking as well as have daily drug activity taking place openly at there home. Missy Howell, Kerry Detlinger and there minor children sit on the porch at there rented residence and scream profanities to the point that people in our community are so disgusted thay can not even enjoy sitting in there yard watching there children play or having a cup of coffee on there porch. The law has been called for the tenants stealing property out of neighboring yards and homeowners have had to bare cost of medical expenses due to dog attacks as well as cost for boundary surveys due to lack of consideration for encroachments built on neigboring properties.  Those of us signing this petition have bought our homes and take pride in our neighborhood and want these people out of here. We understand they currently have a lease that is in the last remaining months however we as homeowners all want Florida Capital Bank and Covenant Homes of St. Augustine to realize these people are not wanted in our community and ask that they do not renew or extend the terms of the lease agreement and evict them immediatly. These people are verbally and physically abusive and are a threat to the safety of the community. Both Missy Howell and her teenage daughter have criminal records for violence and theft. There has even been an incident were Missy and her daughter physically threatened  a pregnant woman in front of several people including her 3 yr old son. On multiple occassion there 10 year old son was suspended off the school bus for violence and theft while riding to and from school. We as a community with no Homeowners' Association to fall back on are asking the lease holder and property owner of 788 Oakland Ave St. Augustine, FL 32084 to support the law obiding citizens and evict Missy Howell and Kerry Detlinger so we can once again have a safe clean enviroment to live in.
