[Flyff] Bring back Clockworks 3rd Channel

Before V12, Clockworks server had 3 channels. Since the version upgrade and a crash of their servers, gala-net has taken away a channel from the clockworks server due to statistics that were calculated through "raw CCU (concurrent User) data".

nero1 said, I quote, [...]channel reductions were decided with raw CCU (concurrent User) data of each server. We reduced channels to improve server stability only if our CCU data proved that the channel reduction would not have a great effect on the server populations.

That being said the quality of life on Clockworks has rapidly deteriorated due to over-crowded areas. Here are some valid arguments I have pulled together from a forum thread created by kyllah415.

Arguments

1. You cannot Giant hunt due to being restricted to only 2 channels. Once you do find a giant, it's drops are insufficient due to it having being farmed continuously at every spawn.

2. Seeing as all classes in the game are given AoEs (Area of Effect) skills, these classes need to have large monster spawns to properly train. Meaning 95% of the Clockworks population needs free space to train (gain exp) efficiently. Due to the lack of our 3rd channel, training areas are over-run by the population that has been forced onto 2 servers.

3. For people who do not have access to Azria (the pay-only area of Flyff), training is impossible. Since the release of 1-day Azria tickets, Azria has gained a lot of popularity and more and more people can afford to go to Azria, making it crowded. With only 2 channels the crowds in Azria are unbearable.

4. The Economy suffers due to fewer drops. Fewer monsters mean fewer drops, fewer drops mean things get rarer and prices sky-rocket.

5. Penya spammers are now more noticeable. They used to stay on Channel 1, which was where all the shops used to be. Due to pushing people onto 2 channels, there is more lag for people with lower computer specs and lower bandwidth. People now open shops on Channel 2 to lower their lag and thus have brought penya spammers to Channel 2.

6. Other servers who do not have an active 10% of their population are granted 4 channels, Clockworks has a higher active population and we are given 2 Channels.

7. During peak events and times of year (Christmas, Spring break, Summer break, etc.) More people are on than any time of year making all of the above arguments twice as bad.

8. With only 2 channels, we deter newer population to the Clockworks server.

9. With only 2 channels we deter the current population from playing which will lead to a lack of profit flow to gala-net.

nero1 said the channels were removed for server stability. Server stability should be an issue resolved by gala-net and our 3rd channel reinstated. A server stability issue should not be the problem of the players but rather a problem gala-net should fix.

Should you agree with the above statements, I invite you to sign this petition.
We the undersigned, would like to inform you of issues that have been brought up and currently, are still unanswered.
