Along with the constant consumer fraud & abuse within the Manufactured Housing Industry, HUD in fact enables the abusers, refuses to enforce the rules and regulations set forth by HUD to protect lower income homeowners from the exact abuse over 90% of manufactured homeowners are still subjected to, and for their blind eye & deaf ear mentality. In 2009, how on earth could then acting Secretary Alphonso Jackson justify spending 7 million dollars on a new adititorium / cafiteria as well as $100,000 for oil portrais of himself and 4 previous HUD Secretaries ( three of them being- Samuel Pierce (1981-1989) Henry Cisneros (1993-1997) & Andrew Cuomo (1997-2001) to grace it's walls? The level of corruption within The Department of Housing & Urban development will continue to destroy lower income families of the American Dream.......
